The University of Tulsa offers several convenient methods for students and employees to make payments and for departments to make deposits. Transactions can be made at our teller windows in McClure Hall on campus, or you can utilize the options below for your convenience.
Online
- Make a payment online via the Student Hub. Once logged into the Hub, on the left side, click “View and Pay Account” to complete your payment.
- Add funds to your Hurricane Gold Dollars. To deposit Hurricane Gold Dollars to a student’s account, please choose “Make a guest deposit.”
- Make Other Payments to the Bursar
- Pay a Parking Fine
Transactions at the Teller Window
Student account payments, employee account payments, and departmental deposits can be made Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our teller windows in McClure Hall. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Student refunds via paper checks are also issued at the teller windows. However, we strongly encourage the use of direct deposit which can be set up through Self Service.
Personal checks can be cashed at the teller window with a valid TU ID. There is $50 limit per day. Third party checks cannot be cashed.
International Payments
The University of Tulsa offers international payment transfer services through Flywire. This is accessed outside of the Student Portal. This payment option cannot be used with payment plans.
Access the Flywire service to make a payment
The university will not accept payments by international wire transfer that exceed $1,000 greater than the balance due. International wire transfers that exceed $1,000 greater than the balance due will be returned to the originating bank.
