Elizabeth Bullock serves as The University of Tulsa’s General Counsel. She represents the university in all legal matters, provides legal advice to the university and supervises outside counsel providing legal services for the university.
Prior to joining TU, Bullock was an associate attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at Harvard University. While at Harvard, her varied practice included litigation, student affairs, regulatory issues, internal investigations, policy development, labor and employment issues, accessibility efforts and student affairs matters. She was previously a litigation associate at Jenner & Block LLP in Washington, DC. Bullock’s clients at Jenner included various colleges and universities. She represented and advised university clients in matters involving NCAA compliance, Department of Education regulations, FERPA and free speech issues.
Bullock earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. After law school, she served as a law clerk in Tulsa for Hon. Stephanie K. Seymour on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
