The Hurricane Health Center (HHC) provides medical care to students, faculty, and staff including routine lab work (including pregnancy and STI testing) onsite, immunizations, well-woman exams, and health education. The HHC is staffed with one physician and a care team. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., closed 1-2 p.m. for lunch.
Schedule an Appointment
Scheduling an appointment for in-clinic and virtual services can be done with three scheduling options:
- Call 918-398-8803 (English & Spanish)
- Patient portal at www.careatc.com/patients
- CareATC mobile app
While the HHC does its best to accommodate the needs of all students, appointment times do fill up quickly. Careful adherence to the schedule is observed to ensure all students scheduled get adequate time with a physician to address their medical needs. Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend to allow other patients the appointment time.

After-hours Care
The Hurricane Health Center does not provide care outside of business hours. For care needed after hours, visit an urgent care or emergency room as needed.
Go to an urgent care center for a minor illness or injury that needs immediate attention. The cost will be less than a hospital emergency room. If it’s not urgent, you may want to wait until the Hurricane Health Center opens. At the emergency room, true emergencies are treated first. Other cases must wait, sometimes for hours, and it may cost more.
If a situation seems life-threatening, call 911 immediately.
