University Mail Services is conveniently located in the Allen Chapman Student Union and serves as the distribution hub for all incoming, outgoing, and inter-campus mail. We offer many of the services you expect from USPS, including Express Mail, Priority Mail, Certified Mail, and Insured Mail. Stamps and shipping supplies are also available for purchase. In addition, we serve as a package drop-off location* for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
*Please note: Packages must have a full shipping label with a tracking number. We are unable to accept labels that use only a QR code.

Mail Pickup
Outgoing mail pickup from the Postal Service is at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. A drop slot is available inside the building for your stamped mail.
Post Office Box Rental
Post Office Box rental is available for $40 a year, $15 per semester or $10 for the summer session. No prepayment is required as this service can be billed to your university personal account.

Amazon Hub Lockers
Amazon Hub Lockers offer students a secure, self-service option for receiving Amazon.com packages. Lockers are available 24/7 in three convenient campus locations:
Allen Chapman Student Union (Pepe) – east end of the Student Union patio
Fisher Hall (Phillynew) – north side, on the patio
Norman Village (Alpha) – corner of 3rd and Delaware, at the clubhouse patio
When choosing a delivery address, select “Or pick up from an Amazon Locker.” When your package is delivered, Amazon will send you a confirmation email with the locker location, access instructions, and pickup hours.
Packages must be picked up within three calendar days. If not collected in time, Amazon will return the package and issue a refund.
Mail Delivery to Campus Housing
Residence Halls
Mail Services is also responsible for the delivery of student mail to all of the residence halls. Residence Hall students’ packages can be picked up at Mail Services located in the student union. A notice will be sent to your TU student email address the day the package is received in the University Mail Services. Student ID and signature are required to receive packages. Package pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. If you are unable to come and pick up your package you can email mail services and designate another person: mail.services@utulsa.edu
Campus Apartments
United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers letters directly to students who reside in TU’s Campus Apartments. Packages shipped by USPS will be delivered to Mail Services in the student union and students will receive an email notification. Norman Village residents will pick up all USPS from the mail services located in the student union. If you are unable to come and pick up your package you can email mail services and designate another person: mail.services@utulsa.edu. Package delivery companies will deliver to individual apartment doors.
Greek Housing
United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers directly to students who reside in Sorority and Fraternity houses. Package delivery companies will also deliver to the individual greek houses.
