Chief Procurement Officer
As chief procurement officer, Matt Warren, J.D., CCEP (B.A. ’06, M.A. ’09) is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight of university-wide procurement and contracting functions at The University of Tulsa. In addition to core procurement responsibilities, Warren provides strategic oversight of real estate transactions and space planning to support institutional priorities related to campus development, lease management and optimization of university-owned and leased space.
Prior of joining UTulsa, Warren practiced complex civil litigation at the firm of Connor & Winters. He is also a former Oklahoma assistant attorney general and Tulsa County assistant district attorney. Warren is a proud two-time alumnus of UTulsa, where he was recognized as a top ten senior, most outstanding graduate in political science, and a Truman scholar. He received his juris doctorate from The George Washington University law school in Washington, D.C.
