
Vice President & General Counsel
Sharolyn Whiting-Ralston, J.D., serves as vice president and general counsel for The University of Tulsa. As a member of the executive team, she provides strategic legal counsel and comprehensive support to the president, board of trustees and senior leadership on matters including governance, regulatory compliance, employment law, Title IX, litigation and institutional policy.
Prior to joining The University of Tulsa, Whiting-Ralston maintained a successful private law practice and held the role of general counsel for an oil and gas company, where she advised on a broad range of corporate and legal issues. She earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
