About the Bursar’s Office
The Office of the Bursar is the central billing and collection point for The University of Tulsa. The Bursar’s Office provides a variety of services including billing and payments, semester payment plans, check cashing, departmental deposits, agency accounts, third-party billing, student medical insurance enrollment and opt-out, student refunds and student loans. Transcript requests are managed by the Registrar.
The Bursar’s Office understands that their office has a direct influence on how students and parents view the university as a whole, and they continue to strive to provide services in an efficient and timely manner.
