The University of Tulsa proudly welcomes camps and conferences year-round. Our campus has hosted a diverse range of groups, including educational and civic organizations, sports camps, and professional associations, making Tulsa an ideal location for annual meetings, residential camps, and regional or national workshops.

Our campus services staff are the central point of contact, acting as an information liaison between event planners and the TU campus. Whether your group consists of 20 or 1200 attendees, our dedicated team ensures that every detail is carefully managed for a seamless event experience.

Conference Services

Housing Accommodations

The University of Tulsa offers overnight accommodations that are both convenient and affordable, set within a welcoming collegiate atmosphere. Our residence halls have rooms available for stays from May 20 until July 31. Summer conference housing accommodations are tailored to the size of your group and are subject to availability.

All of our residential facilities are air-conditioned, furnished, and within a five-minute walk to other sites on campus. Explore the campus through our interactive map to see our residence hall used for summer camp housing.

Conference Dining

For groups hosting a conference on campus, dining arrangements can be tailored to meet the preferences of your conference guests. Options range from convenient boxed to-go lunches to fully arranged meals served on campus. Our dining services can accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and ensure that your guests are well-fed and satisfied throughout the conference. Let us know your needs, and we’ll work to create a dining experience that enhances your event.

Recreation and Meeting Space

Central coordination of your summer program through Campus Services offers the advantage of reserving all necessary spaces, including housing and dining plans, for your use. We can secure athletic and recreational facilities, classrooms, auditoriums, and other social spaces to meet your specific program needs. This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of your summer program are organized and reserved efficiently under one service provider.

Internship Housing

University housing provides shared, on-campus suite accommodations for degree-seeking students participating in internships/co-ops or summer employment in the greater Tulsa area. Our goal is to offer convenient and affordable housing options for students from across the country and world who are advancing their education through summer experiences like internships and employment.

Housing Details

Eligibility

Students participating in the Intern Housing program must be enrolled in a post-secondary degree program. To be eligible for intern housing, a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. Proof of student status and documentation of internship or employment may be requested as part of the application process. We look forward to accommodating students from diverse educational backgrounds for their summer internships or employment experiences. Rates

For summer 2025, summer intern housing at UTulsa will be charged a nightly rate of $36.00 per person. Payment for housing is due in full at least one full week before your arrival on campus. This rate includes a private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person. Includes microfridge and parking permit.

The University of Tulsa provides convenient, hotel-like accommodations on campus for visitors conducting university business. Our guest housing units are situated in Norman Village, located at the corner of 3rd and Delaware. These apartments are thoughtfully designed to offer all the comforts and conveniences of a deluxe hotel room, complete with a fully furnished kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and baths. Enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing the convenience of being on campus during your visit.
