The Shared Services Center (SSC) is focused on innovative strategies and practices in supporting select human resource, finance and administrative functions for The University of Tulsa.
Functions
The Shared Service Center works directly Finance to facilitate accurate and timely processing for the following activities:
- Requisition and purchase order creation
- Quote and bid solicitation
- Processing budget transfers (non-payroll, non-research)
- Processing payroll budget transfers (non-research)
- Vouchers and check requests
- New vendor set-up requests
