Position Summary

The School of Accounting and Computer Information Systems at The University of Tulsa is seeking an individual to join our faculty. The ideal candidate would begin at the rank of assistant professor, yet associate professor candidates would also be considered.

Candidates must possess an earned Ph.D. or D.B.A. (or be ABD) in CIS or a closely related field, a record of effective classroom teaching, and evidence of an established, productive research program in CIS. The candidate must also have expertise or an interest in the field of cybersecurity.

The University of Tulsa is a private, comprehensive, doctoral degree-granting institution, with a fall 2016 enrollment of 4,671 students in the Kendall College of Arts and Sciences, Collins College of Business, College of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Oxley College of Health Sciences and College of Law. The School of Accounting and Computer Information Systems is one of four academic units in the Collins College of Business. The Collins College of Business offers the following business degree programs: B.S. in Business Administration, B.S. in International Business and Language, Master of Business Administration, Master of Accountancy, Master of Energy Business, M.S. in Business Analytics, M.S. in Global Energy and the M.S. in Finance. The College is accredited by AACSB International.
