Talia Bella is a dynamic and award-winning producer who has left an indelible mark on the world of entertainment. Born in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Talia’s journey to the silver screen began when she immigrated to the United States in 2001. Since then, she has become a force majeure in the industry, with over 100 acclaimed commercials under her belt. Her innovative approach and creative eye have earned her prestigious awards including The Telly, Clio, and the coveted Grand Prix.
In 2019, she turned a fresh page in her illustrious career and moved to Oklahoma. Alongside acclaimed actor and producer Randy Wayne, Talia co-founded Rebellium Films, a forward-thinking production and production services company. This venture quickly became a beacon for cinematic excellence in Oklahoma. In just a short span, she has produced 13 groundbreaking films and provided production services for dozens more, with selections at high-profile film festivals like Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW.
Talia Bella’s journey is a testament to her tenacity, creativity, and dedication to her craft. Her achievements not only reflect her exceptional skills as a producer but also her unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of storytelling. Through Rebellium Films, she continues to foster a culture of innovation and excellence, propelling the film industry forward one project at a time.
Jeanette Stanton
Director, Oklahoma Film + Music Office
Jeanette Stanton is the current Director of the Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO) and has served the agency in multiple roles since 2014. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Stanton brings program management across public, non-profit, and private sectors as well as experience in governmental affairs supporting motion picture, television, music, and commercial production state-wide. Her previous experience in marketing and business development assists her in leading a team to build dynamic relationships and drive economic impact for film and music.]
During her time with OF+MO, Stanton has worked to support film & television production in Oklahoma from companies including NBC Universal, Apple, Lionsgate, Viacom CBS/Paramount, Disney/FX, A24, and many more. Stanton has also helped in the establishment of many of OF+MO’s initiatives to support the state’s music industry including the State of Sound Commerce Music Series, Oklahoma Film and Music Day at the Capitol, and Oklahoma’s Music Friendly Community Program in addition to supporting career opportunities and educational initiatives for local working musicians at a number of OF+MO supported international and local music events including AMERICANAFEST, Norman Music Festival, Born and Raised, Gypsy Cafe and many more. In addition to her work at OF+MO, Stanton has previously enjoyed volunteering with leadership and various professional development groups.
Dylan Brodie
Co-Producer, The Lowdown
Dylan Brodie is from Ramona, Oklahoma – Population: 500. He began editing films in 2008, making his way from local to national film festivals, which led to work on Food Network productions and feature films for both Magnet Releasing and Blumhouse Productions. He later served as UPM and Associate Producer on Sterlin Harjo’s feature film, “Mekko,” and produced the series “Flipping The Heartland” for HGTV. Dylan has worked on shows of all sizes including the STARZ series “American Gods,” feature films “The Mule,” “Stillwater,” “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm,” and “Killers of the Flower Moon.” He has been the UPM on commercials for companies including Nike, 2K Sports, Dish Network, and Warstic baseball bats featuring Jack White.
Dylan continues to produce and production manage diverse projects and recently served as UPM for the Oscar winning A24/Plan B film “Minari,” the Sundance 2023 selection and Apple Original Film “Fancy Dance,” and Associate Produced on all three seasons of the Emmy nominated Disney/FX series “Reservation Dogs.” Dylan is currently Co-Producing on the new Disney/FX series “The Lowdown” from Sterlin Harjo.
Meg Gould, Moderator
Executive Director and Certified Film Commissioner, Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts & Culture
Meg Gould’s film industry career spans major cities and influential roles. After earning a BA in Radio, Television, and Film Production from Texas Christian University, she worked in Los Angeles on projects like Godzilla, the Academy Awards, and the World Cup. She later joined Walker, Texas Ranger in Dallas before moving into film commission work, eventually becoming Assistant Director of the Dallas Film Commission.
In Dallas, Meg was involved with numerous industry organizations, including the Texas Association of Film Commissions, Dallas Producers Association, Women in Film Dallas, Dallas Film Society, Texas Music Cities, and Texas Media Production Alliance. Her leadership helped transition the Dallas Film Commission into the Dallas Film and Creative Industries Office.
In January 2023, Meg became Executive Director and Film Commissioner of the Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts, and Culture, where she champions Tulsa as a creative hub. She also serves on the boards of the Tulsa Ballet and Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and co-chairs the Fundraising Committee for the Oklahoma Motion Picture Alliance. She is also a member of AFCI (and Certified Film Commissioner), Women in Film, the Recording Academy, Location Managers Guild International, Founding Board Member of the Association of Music Offices and Film USA.
