All new students must first create a password for their account by using the password reset link. To create a password, select “I forgot my password” and click next.

Fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) beginning Oct 1. Completing this as early as possible will maximize the number of scholarships available to you.

Use the The University of Tulsa Intent to Enroll form to secure your spot at TU. You will need your TU portal log in credentials (email and password) to log in.

Once you have decided to attend The University of Tulsa, it is important to notify the other colleges and universities to which you were admitted letting them know you won’t be attending their institution and that you wish to withdraw your application.
Your communication can be a simple email to the Office of Admission. Below is some language you may copy and paste to use in your correspondence.
Dear {{admission counselor name}},
I am writing to inform you that I have committed to The University of Tulsa and would like to withdraw my application from {{school name}}.
I appreciate your help during my college search.

Accept or reject your federal aid award. You will need your TU Net ID and password to log in. Instructions on how to set up your TU Net ID can be found here). TU financial aid offer letters will be included with your admission decision with a step by step guide to accessing your offer letter. Spring entry students will be notified in late fall.
Please note that if you want to reduce an amount you must print off your offer letter, make the change and return it to the Office of Student Financial Services.
If you have not filed for need-based aid but wish to do so, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. For additional financial aid information and forms, visit the Financial Aid website.
Meet with your admission counselor t to review the admitted student checklist and walk through important next steps together.
Walk through important tasks on the admitted student checklist such as setting up your enrollment appointment, taking placement exams and the housing selection process. If you are committed to attend TU, schedule this meeting to ensure you’re prepared for move-in, orientation and the first day of classes this fall!
Find your admission counselor and use the Meet With Me button schedule a date and time.
All incoming student to take a math and writing placement assessment in order to be enrolled in the correct classes. If you plan to major in a business or arts and sciences program and you plan to continue in a foreign language in which you have previous classroom or life experience, you will also need to take a language assessment.
Accept your spot in the Special Programs to which you applied and were accepted. This includes Honors, JOLT@TU, Early Careers in Community Medicine, Leadership TU, Pathway to Sports Academy, Friends of Finance, Jumpstart TU, and Presbyterian Leaders and Scholars. Please refer to your program decision email(s) for more information about how to let us know you want to participate.
