Cardio Kickboxing/Rosa: An intense 50-minute workout full of kicks, punches, and combo moves. Definitely high impact, and a good way to release aggression and stress. For all fitness levels.
HIP HOP Aerobics/Ally: Have you ever noticed how physically fit dancers are? Come and find out why, this class combines floor aerobics with dance moves, high energy and high intensity.
H.I.I.T./David: High Intensity Interval Training, Combination of aerobic and strength training exercises to improve body composition and cardiovascular health. All fitness levels will find this class challenging.
Kettlebells/Heather: Are you ready to get stronger? If you want a workout involving weights without the traditional weight room setting, this class is for you.
Pilates/Rosa: It’s all about the core! Improve your core strength. This class is mainly done on the floor. It is for all fitness levels and will improve overall health. You will definitely notice your improved posture.
Tabata/Rosa: Get in shape with the Tabata interval system! This scientifically derived method uses timed workouts to maximize fitness improvements. It’s different every day, so be prepared for a variety of cardio and free weight exercises.
XFactor/Heather or Rosa: Kettlebells, Dynamax balls, burpies, squats — no two days are ever the same! Challenge yourself and break out of your same old workout routine. It’s a high intensity workout that keeps you moving, encompassing all aspects of fitness with constant variation. Whether you are in the best shape of your life or just beginning to train, this class will improve your overall fitness. High intensity intervals with active recovery that will increase muscular strength and endurance while burning the optimal amount of calories. A competitive atmosphere that is fun, yet great for any experience levels. Class will consist of timed or rep counted exercises with active recovery periods including walking, jogging, or light plyometric exercises.
Yoga/Jenny: A class for ALL skill levels! A class perfect for new and advanced students. This class is taught from the basic level with options given to take a pose deeper into an advanced variation. It is important to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and not be competitive in this class because of all the varying levels. Every class is different – a little bit of flow, a little bit of pose exploration, and a whole lot of alignment and breath.
Zumba/Ally/Rosa: Be creative and express yourself in a group dance class. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with toning, balance, and stretching for a fun and dynamic total body workout.
