XFactor/Andrew: Kettlebells, Dynamax balls, burpees, squats — no two days are ever the same! Challenge yourself and break out of your same old workout routine. It’s a high intensity workout that keeps you moving, encompassing all aspects of fitness with constant variation. Whether you are in the best shape of your life or just beginning to train, this class will improve your overall fitness.
Iron Works/Andrew: Beginner – intermediate weightlifting class for all. Get toned and build muscle while learning your way around the free weight area of the gym. Emphasis will be on exercise form and program planning to reach your goals.
Iron Girls/Andrew: Beginner – intermediate weightlifting class for women. Get toned and build muscle while learning your way around the free weight area of the gym. Emphasis will be on exercise form and program planning to reach your goals.
Yoga/Leta: A class for ALL skill levels! A class perfect for new and advanced students. This class is taught from the basic level with options given to take a pose deeper into an advanced variation. It is important to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and not be competitive in this class because of all the varying levels. Every class is different – a little bit of flow, a little bit of pose exploration, and a whole lot of alignment and breath.
PiYo/Peyton: This is the latest thing, it combines Pilates and Yoga for a core workout. Strengthen your back and abs while improving flexibility. Great for all fitness Levels.
Barre/Molly-Megan: Have fun with mix of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional movements that are choreographed to motivating music. You’ll use a barre to sculpt, tone, and stretch your entire body through low-impact exercise.
H.I.I.T/Heather: HIIT is a proven training methodology that when used along with a healthy diet, provides proven results! The focus is high intensity effort in short bursts that provides a kick start to your metabolism and keeps it working, even when you’re done. Come sweat, have fun, and feel amazing!
Gentle Yoga/Leta: A class for ALL skill levels! This class is excellent for those with an injury. Learn to focus on your breathing to de-stress and relax.
Pilates/Rosa: It’s all about the core! Improve your core strength. This class is mainly done on the floor. It is for all fitness levels and will improve overall health. You will definitely notice your improved posture.
Tabata/Rosa: Get in shape with the Tabata interval system! This scientifically derived method uses timed
workouts to maximize fitness improvements. It’s different every day, so be prepared for a variety of cardio and free weight exercises.
Cardio Kickboxing/Rosa: An intense 50-minute workout full of kicks, punches, and combo moves. Definitely high impact, and a good way to release aggression and stress. For all fitness levels.
