Campus reopening at 9 a.m. Friday

The University of Tulsa campus will reopen Friday, Feb. 25, with a delayed start time of 9 a.m. Crews will continue treating parking lots, sidewalks, stairs and building entrances to reduce the impact of this week’s winter storm.

Faculty members may choose to teach remotely or cancel class and upload materials to Harvey for all Friday classes. Faculty should notify students as soon as possible with their decision. No in-person classes will be held before 9 a.m. Friday. Instructors may make assignments as they normally would in class. However, students should be given ample time to complete assignments and tasks. Faculty should not assume students have internet access and should notify students about any rescheduled in-person activities, such as missed labs.

Commuter students who feel they are unable to get to campus safely due to road conditions should contact their instructors Friday morning to discuss potential alternatives.

All students should check Harvey for make-up assignments and new deadlines for coursework.

Please exercise caution when walking or driving on campus. Slick spots may be reported to Facilities Management at 918-631-2245. Please call Campus Security at 918-631-5555 if you need assistance.
