Interim Director

Steve Ososkie has 25 years of experience in security and risk management, and he has worked as a regional and security manager in the financial, entertainment and petroleum industries. Steve has a Certified Protection Professional certificate from the American Society of Industrial Security and he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a marine rifleman, reconnaissance marine. Steve holds a bachelor’s in multidisciplinary studies from Oklahoma State University and is pursuing a master’s in global affairs at the University of Oklahoma.

Capt. T. Mackie

Operations Officer

Tyler Mackie has 10 years of experience as a first responder. Before joining TU, Tyler worked at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Montgomery County, Kansas, where he was a lieutenant in the Department of Corrections and a deputy sheriff. Tyler has served for five years with TU’s Campus Security. He holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice with a minor in psychology from Washburn University. Tyler has been certified in Advanced REID – Interviewing and Interrogation.

Lt. P. Devers

Assistant Operations Officer

Paul Devers has seven years of experience in security and law enforcement. He served as a reserve police officer for the Pryor Police Department for two years and as a full-time police officer for the Chouteau Police Department for two years. He has been a security officer at TU for three years. Paul is Campus Security’s firearms instructor as well as Glock armorer. He has a bachelor’s in multidisciplinary studies from Rogers State University.

Sgt. D. Hohneck

Operations Sergeant

Derek Hohneck has 10 years of experience in physical security and safety and seven years in event management and planning. He has been a safety and security manager for Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and Walmart. Derek has also managed production and security for concerts and music festivals across the United States. A certified instructor in G.R.A.C.I.E Jiu-Jitsu for Law Enforcement, Derek is a member of InfraGard Oklahoma. He holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice from the University of Oklahoma.

Sgt. K. Ogle

Patrol Supervisor

Kody Ogle has 10 years of experience in security. Before joining TU, he worked in health care and at the Tulsa County Sherriff’s Office. He has Reid and Associates certifications in Interview and Interrogation and Advanced Interview and Interrogation. Kody is pursuing a bachelor’s degree at TU in philosophy and history.

Patrol Supervisor

Ken Truitt has over five years of experience in security, the last three of which have been served at TU. Prior to joining TU, Ken obtained a pastoral leadership certification from Rhema Bible College and is studying to obtain his associates degree in psychology. Ken also holds motor vehicle accident reconstruction certification and Glock armorer certification.

Patrol Supervisor

Randall Pickard has over five years of experience in security. He is certified in first aid/CPR and is a GRACIE instructor for Campus Security. Prior to becoming a security officer at TU, Randall provided physical security for a commodities company and was an athletic trainer.
