TU RECRUITING PARTNERS – COVID-19 UPDATE
As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increases across our state and nation, The University of Tulsa must do its part to slow the spread of the virus and protect the health and lives of everyone in our community.
TU has made the difficult decision to offer only virtual classes for the remainder of the semester. Students have been encouraged to stay off campus as much as possible, and most staff and faculty will be working remotely. University responses and updates can be found HERE.
Likewise, The Center for Career Development and Professional Engagement will be working remotely but we are still available to support your hiring needs.
All on-campus interviews will be converted to virtual formats. The CCDPE is available to help with logistics and student communication.
Recruiting Strategy Meeting
We are available to discuss your recruitment strategies – both short-term solutions for this new environment and long-term planning. If you would like to schedule a call or virtual meeting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 918-631-2345.
TU’s online career management platform, Handshake, is still the best place to post full-time and internship opportunities. Once posted, opportunities are available to all TU students and alumni. We are working with students to ensure their profiles are updated and they are checking in often.
For a brief tutorial on how to create your Handshake account, please click HERE.
The University of Tulsa’s Center for Career Development and Professional Engagement is committed to meeting your recruiting needs during this challenging time. Please reach out to us with any questions. We welcome your ideas and feedback.
