On the big day

Processional

Saturday, May 5, at 9:15 a.m., Reynolds Center Practice Gym
Graduates are to report to to the practice gym and go to the registration table for their college to obtain their official name card. (Please, no children, family or friends allowed in line-up/processional.)

This card will contain your name and any applicable honors designations to be read by the announcer. The name card will carry your name as requested for your diploma.

The announcer will read only the information printed on this card. Alterations and additions will be omitted. If the information on your card is incorrect, report to the table staffed by representatives of the Registrar’s Office. Graduates will line up by college.

Commencement Ceremonies

Saturday, May 5, at 9:45 a.m., Reynolds Center
The processional begins promptly at 9:45 a.m.; the ceremony will last approximately 90 minutes. Graduates may not leave the commencement area until the completion of the ceremony and recessional.

Graduates will receive a diploma cover only during commencement exercises. Diplomas will be mailed to each graduate at a later date.

College of Law Hooding Ceremony

Friday, May 4, 5:00 p.m., Donald W. Reynolds Center
Line-up begins at 4:15 p.m. Graduating law students, families and friends are invited to attend a reception at the College of Law immediately following the ceremony.
