Self-Help Toolkit

Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and it is normal to have a wide variety of reactions, including feeling anxious, sad and angry. Below are resources that have been carefully curated by CAPS staff to help navigate these challenges. Find what will be the most helpful for you!

These resources are for informational purposes only. They have been chosen by clinical staff based on their potential relevance, but do not reflect our clinical opinions. These resources are never a replacement for treatment, diagnosis or consultations with a mental health professional. If your distress worsens or you want to talk to someone, call the counseling center at 918-631-2200 for information on our walk-in hours. If you are in crisis, call campus security at 918-631-5555 or come into the counseling center if it is between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
