Virtual Mental Health Workshops

We have created a four-part workshop series that focuses on how to be more present and reduce stress, how to better regulate your emotions, coping skills to live a balanced life and even how to sleep better. We have made these workshops available online in the form of screencasts.

Emotion regulation: This video discusses what emotions are, what their purpose is,and how you can identify them. This video will also help you learn different ways to handle these emotions when they come up.

Wise mind skills: This video walks through different coping skills and tools to help you balance life and the stresses that you may endure.

Grounding and mindfulness: Ever feel overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Grounding techniques may be helpful in reducing those feelings and being more present in the moment. This video will walk you through various grounding techniques that can be used in your own time.

Sleep hygiene: You spend 1/3 of your life sleeping, so why not do it well? Watch this video to learn how sleep impacts all the various parts of your life as well as tips and tricks to create better sleeping habits.
