About

Nagu Daraboina, Ph.D., is an associate professor at The University of Tulsa’s Russell School of Chemical Engineering. His research focuses on critical areas including flow assurance, carbon capture, storage, and utilization (CCSU), produced water desalination, and energy recovery. His research group has pioneered new experimental approaches and designs that are expected to significantly advance water treatment and carbon capture technologies using hydrate technology.

Daraboina has published more than 70 research articles and delivered more than 30 invited talks and seminars. Additionally, he serves as a director of the American Society of Engineering Education chemical engineering division.
