About

Jeffrey Alderman, M.D., M.S., is associate professor of community medicine at The University of Tulsa. He is a teacher and student of health policy and public health – focusing on ways to improve care outcomes for Tulsa’s increasingly diverse population. Before joining the TU faculty in 2016, Dr. Alderman spent 14 years teaching at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa. He is a long-time hospice and palliative medicine physician in the local community, where he continues to provide end-of-life care and hospice services. A proud father of four children, Dr. Alderman is also an avid traveler, cyclist, and fan of Tulsa’s live music scene.
