About
Codi West is an instructor of cyber security and the director of co-curricular activities for the School of Cyber Studies. He teaches a wide range of cyber courses for the department, including introduction to cyber security, secure software development, enterprise networks and security, secure electronic commerce and system administration. Additionally, he coaches UTulsa’s Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition (CPTC) and Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) teams, as well as other beginner-oriented cyber security competition teams. He is a faculty adviser for several cyber security clubs on campus, including Root66Tulsa, TU’s Women in Cyber Security (WiCyS) chapter, and the Capture the Flag (CTF) club. His research has focused on internet measurement for the estimation of cybersecurity, as well as critical infrastructure protection.
