About

Meng Ji, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of marketing in the Department of Management and Marketing at UTulsa. Her research interests lie in digital marketing, with a particular focus on online word-of-mouth (WOM), user-generated content and the impact of AI technology on consumer behavior.

Ji received her Ph.D. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2025. She also holds master’s degrees in economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Zhejiang University.
