The University of Tulsa has partnered with IMMY Laboratories to conduct continuous testing for our community twice weekly.
A mobile testing site has been set up in the Reynolds Center parking lot and will offer COVID-19 diagnostic testing on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the fall semester. These PCR nasal swab tests are free of charge for TU students, faculty, staff, and members of the community.
It is an easy two-step process:
- First, click here to complete your authorization to disclose results to Alexander Health Center next schedule your appointment.
- To schedule a time for a test, visit www.immylabs.com. Simply click Make Appointment and choose Tulsa on the Collection Site dropdown.
Results will be available within 2 business days after your scheduled appointment. If you have not received an email or text from IMMYLabs after 2 business days, please email email@example.com.
Do you need to upload your COVID test results, please click Patient Portal.
Access to patient forms, lab results, upload and print required immunization records and communicate with your medical provider.
Health Center Staff
AHC’s certified nurse practitioner and nurses provide individualized treatment of minor illnesses and injuries and preventative care. Referrals are made for health problems requiring treatment or resources that exceed the Center’s capabilities.
Appointments are preferred, walk-in availability is limited. If you need to be seen the same day and appointments are not available, we can refer you to an off-campus urgent care or emergency room.
Visits can be charged to your TU student account, student insurance or paid in advance. The AHC accepts cash, check and major credit cards. A valid TU ID must be presented at each visit. Students who have graduated are no longer eligible for services. A student seen off-campus is responsible for any charges incurred.
Student Health Insurance
The University of Tulsa requires all students to have current health insurance. The health center staff will bill the student insurance for fees incurred at AHC.
It is University policy that the health center does not issue excuses from class for illness. This is a matter between the student and the professor. Please see the Notification of Medical Illness Policy for details.
In accordance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations, AHC cannot release specific information about a student to anyone, including family members, without the student’s written permission.
If you need to see a physician after hours or need emergency care, please refer to this resource for more information.
Student Health Information
