Omega Chi Epsilon

Omega Chi Epsilon is the national honor society for Chemical Engineers. Election to membership recognizes outstanding academic achievement and encourages the development of professionalism. Omega Chi Epsilon was founded in 1931 at the University of Illinois.

The Beta Psi chapter at the University of Tulsa was formally established in April 2004.rnrnMembers of the Beta Psi chapter serve the department by assisting with recruiting new students to the university and serving as role models throughout the year. They sponsor study nights during final exams and co-sponsor guest speakers to the college throughout the year. Their efforts have helped improve student performance and retention.
