Apply for Housing
STEP 1: Complete the Housing & Dining Application/License through CaneLink. Students under age 18 at the time the application is submitted will need to provide a parent or guardian email address so their parent or guardian can also electronically sign the Housing agreement. If you have not paid your housing deposit, a $250 deposit is required in order to complete your housing license. The housing deposit is a reservation fee that is refundable per the terms of the housing license or upon completion of the housing license. Only one deposit is required, and it will remain on your account throughout your stay in campus housing.
STEP 2: Check to make sure you receive an automated email in your UTULSA email account confirming your Housing & Dining license has been received.
STEP 3: Most incoming first-year students will be assigned a roommate based on your academic major or housing preferences. If you know a current or incoming TU student that you want to live with, please watch the instructional video in CaneLink Self-Service on how to match up with your new roommate.
