Housing and Dining Options and Rates

Rate Schedules

Students who complete an agreement with TU for housing and/or dining services agree to remain in residence and participate in the meal plan for the entire period licensed. All rates are based on dates stipulated in the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates will be charged prorated rates on a daily basis.

  • Summer 2021 - All Housing Rates

    Norman Village, University Square – West and South

    Occupancy cannot exceed number of bedrooms which is one person per bedroom. Residents are responsible for the electric bill with PSO. Rates are per person for summer period. Residents residing in summer housing will be assessed a nonrefundable $25 community fee for the summer term. Residents are responsible for the electric bill with AEP/PSO in occupied or summer storage apartment units.

    One Bedroom $3,360
    Two Bedroom – One Occupant (one bedroom locked as empty or storage) $3,360
    Two Bedroom – Two Occupants (each resident) $2,340
    Three Bedroom – One Occupant (two bedrooms locked as empty or storage) $3,360
    Three Bedroom – Two Occupants (one bedroom locked as empty or storage) – each resident $2,340
    Three Bedroom – Three Occupants – each resident $2,210

    Mayo, Lorton and Brown Village 

    Occupancy cannot exceed number of bedrooms which is one person per bedroom.     West Park 

    Occupancy cannot exceed number of bedrooms which is one person per bedroom. Residents are responsible for the electric bill with PSO. Rates are per person for summer period. Residents residing in summer housing will be assessed a nonrefundable $25 community fee for the summer term. Residents are responsible for the electric bill with AEP/PSO in occupied or summer storage apartment units.

    One Bedroom $3,100
    Two Bedroom – One Occupant (one bedroom locked as empty or storage) $3,100
    Two Bedroom – Two Occupants (each resident) $1,960

    Summer Apartment Storage Rates

    Occupancy cannot exceed number of bedrooms which is one person per bedroom. Residents are responsible for the electric bill with PSO. Rates are per person for summer period. All storage apartments and bedrooms are checked on a regular basis. $40 lock fee is assessed for bedroom storage in an occupied apartment. 

    One Bedroom $200
    Two or Three Bedroom – split between residents no resident occupant $400
    Two or Three Bedroom with resident occupant (storage bedroom(s) locked) $200 + $40 lock fee

     

    Summer Residence Hall Storage Rates

    Residents who have retained their residence hall space for Fall 2021 are eligible for summer storage.  The rate for this option is $150.00 for the entire summer and will be billed to your student account. Click here to apply for Residence Hall Summer Storage.

    Residence Hall Rate

    Rates per person per semester. Private living available, space permitting.
    Residence Hall Association fee of $25 per semester

    Sorority and Sigma Nu Housing

    Rates per person per semester. Private living available, space permitting.

    $3,494 per person per semester

    Dining plans are selected for the academic year. Students can change their meal plan selection to another TU meal plan within the first week of each semester. Dining dollar amounts are assessed per semester and nonrefundable. Please use all dining dollars each academic year; they do not transfer to the next academic year.
