Housing and Dining Services supports your effort to Study Abroad and wants to make this process as easy as possible. Please find information specific to your situation below.

Welcome Back Photo Gift

We are interested in seeing and hearing about your housing experiences abroad. Complete this form and upload your favorite pick from your housing experience abroad. We want to see your room, your residence hall or apartment building, or you and your roommate. And in turn we will provide you with a framed “welcome home” picture to help decorate your campus room or apartment back in Tulsa.

  • Fall Abroad (Returning in Spring)

    Preparing for Fall Abroad

    In the Spring before you travel abroad, please note you will NOT participate in Current Student Housing selection process, unless you need Summer housing ONLY. Students studying abroad in the fall will apply for Spring Housing in October/November.

    Applying for Spring Housing for your Return

    The Spring Housing Agreement will be available on October 15th at 9:00am each year for any student that wants Spring Campus Housing upon their return from abroad. The housing agreement will allow you to give your housing preferences. Please note that due to limited selection, we will do our best to get you as close to your preferences as possible.

  • Spring Abroad (Returning for Summer or Fall)

    Preparing for Spring Abroad

    Please note, student approved to travel abroad are able to cancel the Spring portion of their academic housing license without penalty if they complete the REQUEST TO CANCEL for in the housing office by November 1st. Please do not cancel your housing license until you are approved to travel abroad. If the approval to study abroad arrives after November 1st, please submit the dated letter of approval with your request to cancel within seven (7) day of receiving your approval/acceptance.

    Apply for Housing for 2020-2021

    Students studying abroad in the Spring will participate in the Current Student Housing Selection Process in February and March. Please apply by completing the housing agreement during sign-ups in February, then make arrangements with your roommate or a proxy that is on campus to make a selection for you.
