Instructions for setting up an electric account:

Important: Check-In process information is required to receive your apartment keys, so not completing the process before you arrive will delay your check-in until it can be completed.

    Create your Electric Account:

University Apartment residents maintain an electric account number for the entire occupancy period they are assigned to an apartment, both during living and storage periods. Please contact AEP/PSO to establish an electric account. If you have a roommate, only one of you will need to set up this account. If your roommate has the account in their name and they move out, you must establish an active account upon his/her departure. To set up an account, please contact AEP/PSO (Public Service Company of Oklahoma) or 888-216-3523.

On your scheduled move-in day go to the Apartment Community Desk in Fisher Hall at 8th St. and Delaware Ave.  Bring your student ID card. Please make sure you have completed your pre-check-in process and set up your electric account.

  • Swimming Pools

    SUMMER POOL HOURS: Everyday 6:00am – 10:00pm

The pools are a great place for campus residents to hang out during the summer and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. All residents should have their student ID card to access and be in the pool area. In order to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time at the pool, we would like to remind everyone of some important pool policies:

    • Glass is prohibited anywhere within the fence of the Pool area. Tulsa Health Dept requires that if broken glass is found within the fence the entire pool be shut down for days to drain, clean, and refill the pool. Therefore a no-tolerance fine of $250 plus restitution will be charged to anyone discovered with a glass container in the fenced pool area.
    • Alcohol and tobacco products including cigarettes and vaping are not permitted in pool area.
    • Animals prohibited from the pool area.
    • No lifeguard on duty. No running, horse play, and please do not swim alone.
    • Only campus residents with their student ID are permitted to use the pools.
    • No persons under the age of 18 may be in the pool area unless their parent or guardian is a campus resident and supervising them from within the pool area.
    • Current outdoor COVID-19 protocols are in place within the pool area. Although students will not need to wear a face mask, students must maintain physical distancing.
