Paige provides leadership, integrative management and direction for the University’s shared technology and services roadmap with a focus on collaboration and communication. She serves as the principal technology leader for the University steering the strategic vision for all University-wide IT matters.

As founding director of the Faculty Resource Center (FRC), Janet leads our academic and classroom technologies by placing her technical expertise in service for best teaching practices. She and her colleagues in the FRC work to connect faculty and students to specific tools that can help them realize their teaching and learning goals. Whether it be in individual consultations, programs for departments, Tyrrell Hall teaching laboratories, or thru Harvey/Blackboard, Janet guides and coaches, troubleshoots and problem solves, to help colleagues – and the campus as a whole – effectively integrate these tools in ways that strengthen teaching and learning at TU. Janet also teaches education technology in the Department of Education.
Assistant CIO for User Services and Engagement

Lynnetta oversees IT User Services, a team that provides a centralized point of contact for user support, technology services, and addressing the University community needs while building partnerships to improve efficiency. User Services includes the TU Helpdesk, located in McFarlin Library, whose focus is on exceptional and responsive customer service experiences for the University community and helping clients use technology successfully.

Chris oversees teams responsible for core University applications and services including Ellucian Colleague, Self-Service, WebAdvisor, ImageNow, Entrinsik Informer and technical management of both internal and external websites.

Jon is responsible for providing sound technical leadership for the University, developing the department’s strategy for using technological resources, ensuring technologies are used efficiently, responsibly and securely, and evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
Chief Information Security Officer

Jonathan’s primary responsibility is the development and execution of the University’s IT Security and Data Privacy Initiatives. He serves on the University’s Incident Response Team and is primary investigator on data security incidents on campus. Jonathan in an alumni of the University of Tulsa, and has 18 years of experience at TU in Information Technology & IT Security Operations.
