Meagan McCollum is an associate professor of finance in The University of Tulsa’s Collins College of Business, where she is also the director of the newly formed Center for Real Estate Studies.
Prior to joining TU, she was a faculty member in the real estate department of Baruch College (CUNY). She earned her doctorate in finance from Louisiana State University.
Her research focuses on real estate finance, financial intermediation, and sustainability. She has published studies on real estate and finance topics in the Journal of Banking and Finance, Finance Research Letters, Regional Science and Urban Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Journal of Human Resources.
