Who influenced you to study abroad?
Brittanie Whitney is probably the number one advocate for studying abroad to ever go to TU. Hearing about her experiences in Chile made me want to experience the world too.
What was your favorite part of all your international experiences?
My favorite part of studying abroad was becoming friends with my professors and classmates, touring Barcelona with my mom, and sailing on the Mediterranean every week!
How has your global education influenced your future career/goals/ post grad life?
Studying abroad is a privilege that has influenced my outlook on how I can make an impact. The “global mindset” we always talk about in Global Scholars has become a permanent frame of mind when thinking about my future career.
Last Remarks?
Try as hard as you can to study abroad! It is worth the effort 100x over!
