This week, MSM students enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the Tulsa Ballet. Lead by Cheryl Forrest, Chief Historian and former dancer, the group went on stage and saw where the dancers practiced and performed. We took a sneak-peek into the costume area, the archival room, and talked about past performances with the company. Forrest spoke about her work in gathering information related to the Ballet and keeping historical record of it for future generations. Her passion for the company was easily visible, and the students were ecstatic to listen to her stories and experiences! She invited the group back at any time, an offer that we will definitely take up!
