
The University of Tulsa is pleased to announce that Melissa J. Radford has been named the new director of alumni engagement.
Radford brings a wealth of experience in project management, operations, business development, management consulting, and strategic marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of San Diego. Radford joined the TU family as a graduate student, earning her master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology in 1997. She returned to TU in 2017 to serve as a recruiting coordinator, steadily rising the ranks over time. Most recently, she served as associate director of the Center for Career Development and Professional Engagement.
“I am deeply honored and excited to assume the role of director of alumni engagement at my alma mater,” Radford said. “I have a passionate commitment to strengthening our alumni community and fostering lifelong connections, and I look forward to collaborating with our esteemed alumni, dedicated staff, and the broader university community. Together, we will succeed in creating meaningful and enduring relationships that benefit our alumni and the university, ensuring a bright and prosperous future for all.”
