Football games are and will be, one of my favorite memories from college. The University of Tulsa has such a small and tight-knit student population that almost everyone comes to games on game day. The University of Tulsa provides great places and facilities for tailgating on the New U. TU will usually set up tents with drink stations, food, and tailgating games like cornhole on the New All of the fraternities on campus also do their own tailgates at their houses, and these are a lot of fun as well.
Many times I would end up not even going to the game since I can see the jumbotron at the field from the porch of my fraternity house. It is always really fun to see all of the alumni coming back to campus, and homecoming is my favorite football game of the year. My mom graduated from The University of Tulsa in 1991, so she loves to come up and watch the football games and see her old classmates. The University of Tulsa does a great job at keeping its alumni involved and coming back to campus to see all the improvements that TU has made. I’m looking forward to coming back to TU football games once I graduate.
