In 2013, UTulsa debuted the Canine Ambassador program with the introduction of Goldie, a golden retriever puppy. As the first Goldie became a full-grown dog, so did the love and admiration for the program.

Goldie II was introduced to the Golden Hurricane community in October 2021. She kept a busy schedule, attending events across campus and greeting visitors. After four years of dedicated service, Goldie II graduated with the Class of 2025.
