Synopsis of Incident: A visitor reported damage to their parked car in the Harvard Lot. The visitor reported a TU person parked next to them and opened their door into the victim’s vehicle. Upon returning to their vehicle later, they noticed more damage to their car and the suspect vehicle had left. An investigation is pending.

Synopsis of Incident: Officers investigating a suspicious vehicle in the West Suites Lot determined the vehicle had been stolen from off-campus and left in the parking lot. Tulsa Police impounded the vehicle and the investigation is pending.

Synopsis of Incident: An investigation into a burglary on 25 Nov 10 (See Report 902-10) recovered a stolen laptop computer in the possession of a student residing in Lorton Village. The investigation also identified another student from Fisher West Suites as the thief. The victim declined to press charges after the suspects returned the property. No charges were filed and no arrests were made. A copy of this report will be forwarded to Housing and Student Affairs for their review.

The person was not transported by EMSA and walked off campus.

Synopsis of Incident: Officers on patrol witnessed a vehicle whose occupants were acting recklessly. After catching up to the vehicle, Officers were able to determine the occupants were students and that one of them was underage and intoxicated. Tulsa Police were contacted but no arrests were made. The driver was not intoxicated and allowed to take the underage student to their on-campus apartment and stay with them the rest of the night. Synopsis of Incident: A student reported being harassed by a non-TU person they met at an off-campus restaurant a few days earlier. The student, wanting to practice their Spanish, conversed with the Hispanic suspect and gave their address and phone number to the suspect. The suspect began contacting the student’s cell phone constantly and then arrived uninvited to the student’s apartment wanting to be let in. The student contacted Security and told the suspect to leave her alone. The suspect left the area prior to Officers arrival and has not returned to the campus.
