The use of campus digital signage is for University of Tulsa faculty, staff and student organizations to display information related to campus events, activities and services on campus.
Digital signage requests promoting events must be submitted to the university calendar prior to submitting signage request.
Digital signage slides need five working days for design, editing and programming. There is no guarantee that information submitted less than five days in advance will be displayed. We will process your request quickly but to ensure your event is displayed, submit your request at least one week before your event.
Digital signage may be displayed for up to two weeks and will be removed after the event has been completed. Signage for ongoing or reocurring events may be displayed intermittently throughout the semester. Each individual slide will appear for 10 seconds during the rotation.
You may submit an event-related graphic, logo or image to be considered for use in the creation of a digital signage slide. Use of submitted graphic elements must be approval by University Relations in accordance with the TU Graphic Style Guidelines.
