Alexei Grigoriev, Ph.D., is an associate professor of physics and engineering physics at The University of Tulsa, where he has been a faculty member since 2008. Prior to joining UTulsa, he conducted applied materials research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Harvard University, and Freie Universität Berlin. His research focuses on advanced electronic materials, with an emphasis on the electrical and structural characterization of ferroelectric and semiconductor heterostructures.
