About

David Dunham, MBA, is a professor in the Collins College of Business and MBA program director. He is the founder and president of Vestige Capital, a firm focused on venture capital and private equity investments primarily within the energy, technology and education sectors. From 2007 to 2022, Dunham held positions of increasing responsibility at Unit Corporation, a publicly traded diversified energy company with upstream, midstream and contract drilling operations. He was promoted to chief operating officer at Unit in 2020. From 2011 to 2015, Dunham also served as co-founder and CFO for Toopher, a multifactor authentication solution for online security that was ultimately sold to Salesforce. Before 2007, Dunham worked on the trade floor of Williams Power as manager of structured products and at Leggett & Platt, where he was a mergers, acquisitions, and strategic planning analyst. Dunham received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Northwestern University, his Master of Science in finance from The University of Tulsa, and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
