About
Heather Kendrick, DNPA, MSNA, APRN-CRNA, is a clinical assistant professor in the nurse anesthesia program. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience as a certified registered nurse anesthetist and is native to Tulsa. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in biological sciences from Oklahoma State University in 2002, and subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in nursing at the University of Oklahoma in 2005. After practicing as a critical care nurse in various intensive care units in the area, she obtained her graduate degrees from Texas Christian University in 2011. Kendrick continues to practice anesthesia at a local hospital in addition to being a full-time faculty member in the nurse anesthesia program at The University of Tulsa.
