About

Ismail Abdulrashid, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Data Analytics in the School of Finance and Operations Management. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research, his M.S. in Data Science from Auburn University, and his B.A. from Bayero University in Nigeria.

His research has appeared in the European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research Part E, Electronic Commerce Research, Healthcare Analytics, and Annals of Operations Research. He has been the recipient of the Kevin Doheny Fellowship and Teaching Citation Awards at Auburn University. He has been nominated for the Mayo Teaching Excellence Award at the University of Tulsa in 2024.
