About
Jennifer Lynn Jones, Ph.D., is a feminist media scholar who works between theory and practice. Her research focuses on issues of media and identity, especially race, gender, and sexuality, and her production focuses on documentary and short narrative forms. She teaches courses in media and identity, media history and culture, introductory production, and documentary. She holds additional graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee and the University of Arizona, and completed graduate production training at the New School in New York City.
