Johnny Parker is a professor of law who specializes in insurance and personal injury law. Parker also teaches Constitutional law I and II, torts, civil rights, agency and partnership law courses.
Awards and Honors
Parker was awarded The University of Tulsa Outstanding Teacher Award in 2001. He has been the recipient of The University of Tulsa College of Law Outstanding First Year Professor and Upper-Class Professor Awards on more than a dozen occasions. He was the Phyllis Hurley Frey Professor of Law from 2019-2021.
