Juseob Lee, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Director of Recovery, Employee Stress, and Technology (REST) Laboratory

About

Juseob Lee is an assistant professor in the industrial/organizational psychology program. Before joining the TU community, he worked as a postdoctoral scholar at the department of industrial engineering and management systems of the University of Central Florida to assist in research on human-robot interactions, after graduating from the same university with a Ph.D. in Psychology. In his research, Juseob strives to address three questions to improve people’s lives at work: First, what causes work-related stress, and how do employees experience it at work or home? Second, how can workers better recuperate from work-related strains to improve their physical health, mental health, and productivity at work? Lastly, what are the implications of recent technological developments for organizations and employees? His work was published in the International Journal of Hospitality Management, Stress and Health, Human Performance, and Human Resource Development Quarterly. He has received intramural and extramural grants from the University of Central Florida and the Sunshine Education and Research Center. He hopes to continue his research on improving people’s lives at work throughout his career.
