Associate Professor of Mathematics

About

Mohammad Meysami, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics at The University of Tulsa. His research focuses on applied mathematics, probability, machine learning and spatial statistics. He develops statistical learning and graph representation learning methods for clustering, classification, spatial and spatio-temporal modeling, and uncertainty quantification. He studies machine learning methods that are both efficient and robust and that support reliable prediction, pattern discovery and decision-making in data driven problems.

Before joining The University of Tulsa, Meysami was an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics at Clarkson University. He completed his Ph.D. in applied mathematics at the University of Colorado Denver.
