Shubha Sharma is an assistant professor of organizational behavior in the Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Department. Her research interests include workplace humor, social inclusion/exclusion, and stigmas related to gender and diversity. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Shubha hails from New Delhi, India. Before moving to the USA for her MBA, she studied economics and commerce at the University of Delhi and worked in a leading national bank developing marketing and business development strategies.
