Shubha Sharma is an assistant professor of management in the Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Department. Her research interests include workplace humor, social inclusion/exclusion, and gender and diversity. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Shubha hails from New Delhi in India, and prior to her move to the U.S.A. for her M.B.A., she studied economics and commerce before working in a national bank for several years developing business development strategies.
