Integrative Healthcare Studies

UTulsa’s integrative health care studies program prepares students for rewarding careers in both clinical and nonclinical health care fields.

Through rigorous coursework, labs, and experiential learning, graduates develop problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for clinical and nonclinical roles, plus cultural competency and ethics training to serve diverse populations. With customizable tracks—including internships, research, and community-based learning—students gain population health expertise for immediate careers or graduate studies in health care fields.

Art History

Find your future by studying art history.

As a UTulsa art history student, you’ll encounter artworks and objects from around the world and across time. You’ll ask questions and conduct research that will prepare you to guide the future of the arts world. Your classes will go beyond questions of content and style to consider the issues that motivate artists and viewers, and how art reveals the past, communicates in the present, and creates the future. You’ll study iconic works alongside objects you’ve never seen before, and craft projects that illuminate the histories of objects and peoples. Pre-Law

Lay the groundwork for an exceptional future in law at The University of Tulsa.

If you’re considering law school, you don’t need to declare a pre-law major at The University of Tulsa. Instead, you can choose a major that aligns with your interests while working closely with our pre-law adviser. UTulsa undergraduates who achieve a 3.5 cumulative GPA and score 156 or higher on the LSAT will receive automatic admission to the law school, provided they meet other requirements.

The University of Tulsa’s Humane Letters program invites students to join a centuries-old conversation about what makes for a meaningful and well-lived life.

Through participation in our Socratic-style seminars, students will become exceptional in the arts of communication and dialectic, learn to respectfully challenge themselves and others, and become more discerning with respect to the most important intellectual and ethical issues that confront us as human beings and citizens today.

Humane Letters majors are automatically in the Honors Program. The major is for those who want an especially deep engagement with classic texts and the perennial questions that matter most to us as individuals and members of a greater community, including those that inform the greatest scientific discoveries and artistic creations of our inherited tradition.

IBL combines foreign language competency and international business coursework with a business degree. Accountants record the data and processes of the business so that an accurate picture of the business is available and better decisions can be made. We offer an undergraduate accounting curriculum that covers financial accounting, financial reporting, managerial/cost accounting, tax, audit, forensic accounting, and accounting information systems.

Our Master of Accountancy (MAcc), a STEM-designated program, prepares students for eligibility to become certified public accountants. Different paths are available for students who wish to apply for the MAcc, depending on their exposure to accounting classes as an undergraduate.
