We offer opportunities to learn in and out of the classroom for students interested in real estate investment, market analysis, brokerage, acquisitions, and sustainable development.

Our real estate minor aims to equip students with all the venturesome and persuasive skills to gain an advantage in today’s competitive climate. UTulsa’s interdisciplinary program provides popular courses encompassing finance, investments, business operations and ethics, development law, public policy, and economic market research.

UTulsa’s minor in real estate equips you with a strong foundation in key areas of the real estate industry – including finance, management, law, and policy. As a graduate, you can pursue a career in real estate, seek higher education in related fields, or further explore your career options. Our curriculum is designed to combine academic coursework and substantial fieldwork experiences, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and people skills. The program is interdisciplinary and accessible to students in various correlated fields of study.
