The tutoring program at The University of Tulsa is designed to give students confidence and skills necessary to succeed in course work. It is our mission to enhance student success and provide academic support. Tutoring is one of the services we provide to ensure students understand the content of courses. In the event a tutor is not available in a requested course, please email email@example.com and the staff at the Center for Student Academic Success will search for a new tutor by contacting professors and provide alternative options.

Tutoring Services Policy and Procedures
Students will need to complete the Tutor Request Form and wait a 48-hour period to be alerted about tutor availability and confirmation of appointment. There may be a one-week time period from when the Tutor Request form is submitted until the time you meet your tutor. Cancellation of a tutoring appointment must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment or your student account will be charged.
All tutoring sessions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. In order to implement a more collaborative learning environment at The University of Tulsa, CSAS encourages group learning with other students in your class along with a tutor. Groups will be considered full after five students join the session.
If you are interested in becoming a tutor, please complete the Tutor Application Form and someone from the Center for Student Academic Success will be in contact with you. Please note: tutor applications are processed at the beginning of each month.
